Yes, all of our drivers are trained to assist passengers with disabilities. They are required to complete specialized training (PASS) that covers topics such as wheelchair securement, proper lifting and transferring techniques, and sensitivity to the needs of passengers with disabilities. They are also trained in Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) which encourages consideration of the unique needs and preferences of every person. 

The safety of our passengers and our drivers are of utmost concern. Drivers are supplied with KN-95 masks and gloves and are Covid-19 vaccinated. Each vehicle is equipped with bleach-based cleaning sprays, Lysol spray, disinfectant wipes, and air filtration systems. Vehicles are disinfected after each transport. If we are notified that a patient has been diagnosed with covid-19 or any other airborne disease, the patient, any companion, and PCT driver will remain masked for the entire journey. 

We will do our best to accommodate your same day request based on our driver availability. If we are not able to assist, we will attempt to connect you with another service provider. Your safety and satisfaction are our primary goal.
